You can contact any freight forwarding company operating in the market.

The initial and other payments are determined based on the agreement between the customer and the freight forwarder. 

The letter addressed to the chairman must be sent to the Division of Cargo and Commercial Service Planning under the Department of Cargo Transportation of "Azerbaijan Railways" CJSC via email at (sifaris@ady.az) by the customer. 

To place the cargo in the wagon, the customer or their representative is familiarized with the relevant literature and instructions by the employee of the Cargo and Commercial Service. After being interviewed and their professional knowledge level checked, they are issued a trial certificate. 

The following costs may arise when loading goods into the wagon: 

1. On public tracks: 

- single station fee 

2. On non-public tracks: 

- wagon usage fee (private wagons excluded), 

- costs incurred when wagons are delivered to and taken from the station. 

QU-22 is a commercial act. It is filled out in cases when a wagon arrives with defective seals, damaged wagons, or road station seals. It also applies to cases of loss, theft, spoilage, or damage to the cargo. Based on the QU-23 form, the QU-22 commercial act is prepared to transfer the cargo to the consignee. 

The reminder sheet is a document drawn up by the cargo receiver, used to calculate station costs for cargo operations on both public and non-public tracks, regardless of the type of wagon. 

It is a code established by the forwarder to confirm payment for a specific transportation order based on the agreement between the customer and the freight forwarding company. 

The order number is automatically determined by the system used by the Freight and commercial service's Forwarding division. 

It is a code assigned by "Azerbaijan Railways" CJSC to the customer for carrying out cargo operations at cargo stations. It is used to include the name of the shipper's company in the classification list of the CIS countries' Main Accounting Center for executing the shipment and reception of cargo. 

The financial code is a code assigned by "Azerbaijan Railways" CJSC to the customer for conducting mutual settlements between the customer and the railway company. 

Mesplan is a centralized and automated system that ensures permission for the movement of goods through participating railway administrations when cargo is sent along a specific route. 

A trial certificate is a document required from the shipper (or their representative) for placing the cargo into the wagon. It is valid for 1 year. 

The main documents are the SMGS forms, which are the transport documents specified in the Agreement on International Goods Transport by Rail (SMGS) by the Organization for Cooperation of Railways (OSJD). 

Supporting documents are those required by the relevant authorities, such as phytosanitary certificates, export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.
